Tibetan Five Rites Yoga: Levels 1 & 2

Tibetan Rites is the name given to a series of 5 exercises that originated in the Himalayas. These simple, yet powerful exercises, increase one's energy levels, help calm the mind and reduce stress, increase flexibility and enhance one's overall health and well-being. These exercises will dramatically increase physical strength, muscle tone, bone mass, create tighter abs and suppleness as well as mental acuity.  It has a liberating effect on the innate energetic power of the human body and mind.  Regular practice of these exercises relieves muscular tension and nervous stress, improves respiration and digestion, benefits the cardiovascular system and leads to deep relaxation and well-being. The Five Tibetan Rites can be a powerful vehicle not only for enlivening the senses but also for generating and harnessing vital energy for self-transformation.  We shall end the session in meditation.
