Student Guidelines
 

The studio is carpeted and mats are supplied for your comfort but feel free to bring your own personal mat if you so choose.  (Mats are available for purchase as well.)

Some students are very scent-sensitive, therefore, I ask that you kindly not wear perfume, cologne, scented oil and the like in class.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio (symbolic of leaving your 'troubles' at the door) and bring clean, bare feet to your practice time.  Wearing socks is optional although I do encourage you to be cautious in the standing positions/asanas.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch without restriction.

I recommend that you not eat anthing except a light snack/meal 1 hour prior to your class.

I encourage you to bring bottled water into the classroom.
